Arrival / Departure Information
Shanghai: September 6th Please plan to arrive in Shanghai by evening on September 5th, as we anticipate that the program will begin with a tour on the morning of the 6th. Rooms at the Four Seasons Hotel should be reserved for arrival on the 5th and departure on the 8th. Please include your arrival information when making room reservations to also reserve hotel transportation from the airport.
Beijing: September 8th Please plan to arrive in Beijing some time in the afternoon, allowing you enough time to check into the Peninsula Hotel prior to our evening reception. Flights from Shanghai to Beijing take approximately 2 hours. Please include your arrival information when making room reservations to also reserve hotel transportation from the airport.
Hong Kong: September 11th Please plan to arrive in Hong Kong some time in the afternoon, allowing you enough time to check into the Four Seasons Hotel prior to our evening reception. Flights from Beijing to Hong Kong take approximately 4 hours. Please include your arrival information when making room reservations to also reserve hotel transportation from the airport.
Air China is the recommended airline for service between these cities.
Departing from Hong Kong:
The formal program will close in Hong Kong on the 13th of September. Please keep this in mind if you plan to depart Hong Kong following the last event. Hotel rooms have been blocked through the 15th for those who would like time to explore on their own.
